About This Course

In this activity students will explore the series connection of the resistors. With VISIR remote laboratory settled at University of Deusto they can experiment. After getting the set of data they will try to build the mathematical model for the series connection of the resistors.

Requirements

Basic use of a computer and Internet.

Javier Garcia-Zubía

Dr. Javier García-Zubia is a head of the Department of Industrial Technologies. Javier received Ph.D. in 1996 in Computer Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Deusto. His research and teaching areas are on remote laboratories and digital design and electronics. He coordinates the WebLab-DEUSTO (www.weblab.deusto.es), experiments of which are being accessed by hundreds students per year.

Olga Dziabenko is a researcher of Deusto Learning group. Her research skills and interests include design, implementation and the deployment of innovative e-learning scenarios, and collaborative learning. She works on incorporating technology enhance methodology in curriculum of secondary and high-education sectors. She has published papers in e-learning and computer science conferences and journals. Olga received M.Sc. in Physics from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (RU).
